Casa 106 - Villa Don Description
Main House and Guest House - Casita - are fully furnished and well stocked. Located in the Beautiful development of Paraiso del Mar Golf Resort, only a few steps from the community pool and a 200 yards from the Beach. It is only a five minute ride to the golf course club house (24 Hours VAN Pick up and Drop off within the Resort is included in Rental Price). A 5-minute ferry ride is Included in the Rental Price (Passengers & Luggage Only NO Vehicles),To Marina Cortez, which is right at the beginning of the wonderful Boardwalk - Malecon of La Paz - which stretches for 3 miles along the La Paz Downtown Bay.
Many activities are available in La Paz including Boat Adventures to Espiritu Santo Island and Snorkel with the Sea Lion Colony at Los Islotes or from October to April with Whale Sharks as well. Fishing is also a very popular activity and enjoyed your catch that can be prepared at your Villa by one of our Specialty Chefs.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Agency will refund to Guest(s) 100% of the Total Payments made by Guest(s) to the Agency minus a $250 Partner Fee (Administration Resort Fee) in the event Guest(s) cancels the reservation with at least Sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the rental period, otherwise, payments made from Guest(s) to Agency are not refundable. Agency recommends Guest the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance
