Villa La Estancia 1202 is the closest two bedroom condo to the beach!

It has the only privately-owned beachfront condominiums on the fabulous Medano Beach of Cabo San Lucas, and operates as a five-star resort. Each of the condos is owned by an individual or group of homeowners who take pride in their property. Even other owners admire our location and view, as our terrace looks out at Land's End and directly down at the action at the pool.

Medano Beach is wonderful for swimming and sunning and many other activities such as parasailing and snorkeling, but you will be tempted to stop at one of the two gorgeous pools or five hot tubs on the site. Or, you might choose to go into the executive fitness center for a workout or the spa for a jacuzzi, steambath, or sauna. Or you can just hang out at the pool's swim up bar and restaurant and let yourself be pampered by the friendly, expert personnel.

World famous golf and sportfishing are at your fingertips, or you can rent ATVs and tour the desert area at the tip of the peninsula. Take a day trip to some of the fascinating towns of southern Baja California, or you can simply walk or take a short bus or taxi ride into Cabo San Lucas itself. Shop for Mexican jewelry, metalwork, and pottery, then enjoy your dinner at one of the town's countless excellent restaurants. Have a cocktail at the bustling marina, and watch the boats of the fishing fleet return from their day at sea. Be sure to stay in town long enough to sample the exciting night life - you will have all day tomorrow to snooze at the oceanfront pool!

The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2000 plus square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. You will spend a good deal of time on the large terrace which looks down on the main pool and gazes out at Land's End, the very tip of the Baja peninsula.
The terrace has ceiling fans, a wet bar, a refrigerator, and a gas grill in case you are in the mood to cook.
The condo has a full kitchen (updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances) and dining room, breakfast bar, and living room.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks.
The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds.
The couch in the comfortable living room pulls out into a queen-size bed, so the condo holds eight with ease. Adjoining the living room is a third full bathroom with shower.
There are cable TVs and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a VCR and stereo in the living room.

The expert and courteous concierge staff are dedicated to making your stay a total vacation. They will take care of all the details that you want to get away from on vacation, from check-in to check-out.
