2405 (4th Floor) Description
- ALL TAXES, RESORT FEES, MAID SERVICE EVERY OTHER DAY and VRBO SERVICE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE -
Our villa was decorated to give you a feeling of Mexico using all Mexico made furnishings, with the exception of American beds, all the art was painted in Mexico, originals not mass produced. The villa feels more like your home with the amenities of a hotel. I cater at home so our kitchen is set up for you to make gourmet meals in or go out. I know that once you have stayed you will return as our regular guests do year after year. The comment I hear most often is that our photos don't do the villa justice. Fall in love with the BaJa as my children, and I have.
Cabo is a mostly Christian community and is small compared to Cancun. It is safe with extra precautions, such as 24 hour roaming security guards with gate entrance and exit. We have been coming several times a year since 2003 and have not had one incident of crime or even close to it.
Guests staying at Estancia can also use the pools and amenities at the sister properties, ( Time Shares Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco ) and charge the activities, or services back to their villa at Estancia...Meal Plan may be available but alcohol is not included. Inquire at the time of rental.
We have a tour desk in the lobby and concierge at your service, 'as well as' I have hired a welcome concierge "Ernesto" & his team to manage my villa on site and offer extra services to you the renter: Some include fridge stocking upon arrival, airport transportation service B&B company, day tour trips to other cities or beaches, In room dining 'chef services' Breakfast/lunch/or dinner, in room music/salsa dancing lessons and many other special additions to make your trip truly memorable.
Most every place in Cabo accepts USD dollars ' no travelers checks ' and all major credit cards just be sure and tell the CC company before arriving in Mexico of your travel dates for clearance. My recommendation is to take a variety of small bills for exact change to make things easy on yourself regarding conversion.

Every other day Maid service with Ernesto's Cleaning Staff ' English is limited Ernesto my property manager can answer any questions or concerns. They will introduce themselves upon your arrival.
